  • SAYS POWER DISRUPTION RESULTED IN LOSS OF ELECTRICAL POWER TO MULTIPLE PIECES OF EQUIPMENT

  • SAYS "AS A RESULT, PROTECTIVE SAFETY SHUTDOWN SEQUENCES WERE AUTOMATICALLY INITIATED AND THAT INCLUDED THE MANAGEMENT OF CERTAIN PROCESS GASES AT FACILITY FLARES AS DESIGNED"

  • SAYS FLARE CONTROL DEVICES WERE UTILIZED TO MINIMIZE EMISSIONS WHILE PERSONNEL WORKED TO RESTORE ROUTINE OPERATIONS
