Group 1 Automotive (GPI) said late Monday it has acquired three luxury brand dealerships in Florida and Texas.
Financial terms were not disclosed.
The dealerships include a Lexus and an Acura dealership in Fort Myers, Florida, and a Mercedes-Benz dealership in South Austin, Texas.
