Aditxt, Inc. has announced the termination of its Arrangement Agreement with Appili Therapeutics, Inc. This decision, deemed in the best interest of Aditxt and its stockholders, will eliminate approximately $16 million in closing obligations. Originally announced in April 2024, the agreement had been amended multiple times to address changing circumstances, but Aditxt has determined it is no longer strategically aligned to proceed.
