Bel Fuse has designated Lynn Hutkin to succeed Farouq Tuweiq as the electronic-components maker's chief financial officer, effective immediately following the company's annual shareholder meeting on May 27.
Bel on Tuesday said Hutkin, who joined the West Orange, N.J., company in 2007 and currently serves as vice president of financial reporting and investor relations, and as principal accounting officer.
Bel in February appointed Tuweiq to succeed Daniel Bernstein as president and chief executive following the annual meeting, with Bernstein taking on the role of non-executive chairman.
