The adjusted diluted EPS for the fourth quarter was $0.54 per share, an increase from $0.32 per share during the same period in the previous year. Looking ahead, Agilysys anticipates its annual revenue to grow to between $308 million and $312 million in fiscal 2026, with a full-year adjusted EBITDA expected to reach 20%.
