D-Wave Launches Latest Quantum Computing System; Shares up Pre-Bell

D-Wave Quantum (QBTS) said Tuesday said its Advantage2 quantum computing system is now generally available.

The commercial-grade system features the company's most advanced quantum processor to date and is built to address real-world use cases in various areas.

D-Wave said customers will be able to access the Advantage2 system via its Leap real-time quantum cloud service, which is available in more than 40 countries.

For hyperscalers and supercomputing centers aiming to integrate quantum computing into their infrastructure, the Advantage2 system is also available to purchase for on-premises ownership, the company said.

D-Wave shares were up 13% in recent premarket activity.
