China Resources Beer (Holdings) Co. Ltd. held its Annual General Meeting on 20 May 2025. During the meeting, several proposals were considered and approved. The audited Financial Statements, Directors' Report, and Auditor's Report for the year ended 31 December 2024 were received and considered. A final dividend of RMB0.387 per ordinary share for the year ended 31 December 2024 was declared, payable on or around 4 July 2025. Additionally, Mr. Zhao Chunwu was re-elected as a Director. All resolutions were passed as ordinary resolutions.
