1159 ET - Take-Two Interactive Software's soft outlook for fiscal 2026 shouldn't worry investors, UBS analysts say in a research note. The reason: Take-Two has a juggernaut on the horizon for the following year. "We have rising conviction that financials are set for an inflection point in" fiscal 2027 and beyond, they write. 'Grand Theft Auto VI' is expected to do strong business upon its release, scheduled for May 26 of next year. The game's second trailer received record viewership, and hype will continue to build as new announcements, trailers and gameplay release, the analysts say. Plus, higher industry pricing trends mean Take-Two can raise the base price of the game to $80, driving upside to bookings estimates. UBS raises its price target 20%, to $275, and reiterates its buy rating. (connor.hart@wsj.com)
