Grail Inc. has announced new compensation terms for its top executives, as approved by the Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors. The amended offer letters for President Josh Ofman and Chief Financial Officer Aaron Freidin confirm their annual base salaries at $655,000 and $560,000, respectively, with the possibility of future increases. Both executives will continue to be eligible for a target bonus of 50% of their base salaries under the company's Variable Compensation Plan. The new terms also outline severance benefits, including a lump sum cash payment equal to 12 months of their annual base salary and target bonus, 12 months of healthcare coverage, and acceleration of any equity awards held. These provisions will apply if either executive is terminated without cause or resigns for good reason, subject to certain conditions.
