CBS News Head Wendy McMahon Reportedly to Step Down

Wendy McMahon, who is president and chief executive of Paramount Global-owned (PARA) CBS News, is stepping down from her role, multiple media reports said Monday.

In a memo to CBS News staff McMahon said she and the company are in disagreement "on the path forward." McMahon was named as CEO of CBS News in 2023, the reports said.

PARA shares were edging 0.6% lower in recent trading.
