Innovax (HKG:2680) unit Innovax Management sold 18 million shares in Hope Life International (HKG:1683) for around HK$7.9 million or HK$0.44 apiece, a May 16 Hong Kong bourse filing said.
The shares were sold in the open market between May 8 and May 16.
The financial company will use proceeds from the disposal for general working capital.
