Titan Machinery said Friday that it has completed its acquisition of Farmers Implement & Irrigation's dealership assets.

Terms of the deal weren't disclosed.

Titan, which runs a network of agriculture- and construction-equipment stores, said the purchase would expand its dealership network with agricultural-machinery manufacturer New Holland by adding two new store locations in South Dakota.

Farmers Implement & Irrigation generated approximately $20 million in revenue last year, Titan said.

"This acquisition aligns with our strategic growth initiatives and allows us to expand our New Holland presence in the productive eastern South Dakota region," Chief Executive Bryan Knutson said.
