AirNet Technology (ANTE) said Friday it has received a notification from Nasdaq over its non-compliance with keeping a minimum of $2.5 million in shareholders' equity rule for continued listing.
The company said that it also doesn't meet "alternative standards of compliance from its market value of listed securities or net income from continuing operations."
AirNet said it has until June 27 to file a plan to regain compliance.
