The Pennant Group Inc. has appointed Suzanne D. Snapper to its board of directors, effective May 16, 2025. Snapper, currently the Chief Financial Officer of the Ensign Group, succeeds JoAnne Stringfield, who has resigned. Snapper will serve as a Class III director, with eligibility for reelection in 2028. The board will continue to have eight members.
