ASP Isotopes Inc. has entered into a new corporate loan agreement with TerraPower to support the construction of a uranium enrichment facility at Pelindaba, South Africa. The agreement provides a multiple advance term loan through one of TerraPower's wholly-owned U.S.-based subsidiaries to partially finance the facility, which aims to produce High Assay Low-Enriched Uranium (HALEU) in commercial quantities. This initiative is part of a larger effort by ASP Isotopes to address global nuclear fuel supply chain challenges. The company is also in discussions with other financial institutions to secure additional non-dilutive funding for the project. This strategic collaboration is expected to generate significant employment opportunities and bolster the global manufacturing supply chain.
