OSI Systems (OSIS) said Tuesday it has received a $56 million contract from an international client for advanced security screening systems.
The company said the deal includes deploying Eagle M60 ZBx mobile inspection units and ZBV Z Backscatter systems, designed to scan trucks, buses, and cargo for threats like explosives, drugs, illegal currency, and trade fraud.
The equipment will be used for port and border security, the company said, adding it will also provide ongoing maintenance and training support as part of the contract.
