Clara Resources Launches Strategic Review of Queensland Project After Receiving Unsolicited Interest; Shares Jump 25%

Clara Resources Australia (ASX:C7A) said it received unsolicited interest concerning its wholly-owned Kildanga cobalt-nickel-gold-copper project in Queensland and the board has begun a strategic review of the project, according to a Tuesday Australian bourse filing.

The review will consider various potential outcomes, including divestment, joint ventures, or other partnership opportunities.

It cautioned that no definitive decisions had been made regarding any potential deals, and shareholders should note there is no guarantee a deal will materialize.

Its shares jumped 25% in recent trading on Tuesday.
