Talos Energy Inc. has announced that Gregory M. Babcock will be appointed as Interim Chief Financial Officer, effective June 28, 2025. Babcock, who has been with Talos since 2014 and currently serves as Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer, will succeed Sergio L. Maiworm Jr., who is pursuing a new opportunity. Maiworm will continue in his role as CFO during a transitional period until June 27, 2025. The company is conducting a search for a permanent CFO.
