Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) said Monday its Capital Markets group has arranged a single-asset, single borrower loan of $650 million for the One Congress building in Boston, on behalf of Carr Properties and National Real Estate Advisors.
The loan for One Congress, a 43-story tower totaling more than 1 million square feet of office space, was led by Wells Fargo and Bank of America, Jones Lang said.
