Genasys' Chief Financial Officer Dennis Klahn plans to retire by the end of the fiscal year as the company kicks off a search for his successor.
The communications hardware and software solutions provider said Tuesday Klahn will continue in the role until a successor is chosen.
Genasys' board has initiated a comprehensive search process with the support of an executive search firm.
Klahn stepped into the head finance role in 2017 and previously worked as CFO or controller at Teledyne RD Instruments, Overland Storage and Anacomp, Genasys said.
