Stellantis (STLA) has no merger plans with French automaker Renault, Reuters reported Thursday, citing chairman John Elkann's speech at the FT Future of the Car Summit in London.
"We are not discussing any merger," Elkann said during a panel discussion with Renault CEO Luca de Meo, according to the news outlet.
The companies previously dismissed speculation of a merger in October, Reuters said.
Stellantis didn't immediately respond to a comment request from MT Newswires.
