Vox Royalty (VOXR) said Thursday it has completed the acquisition of an "immediately cash-flowing" royalty in the Kanmantoo copper-gold mine in South Australia for $11.7 million in cash.
The deal was financed by an initial drawdown of $11.7 million from a Vox credit facility, the company said.
The Kanmantoo mine is operated by ASX-listed Hillgrove Resources, Vox said.
Vox shares were more than 5% higher in recent trading.
