MKS Instruments (MKSI) said Thursday that James Schreiner will end his tenure as leader of the company's Materials Solutions division on Aug. 1 and transition back to the role of chief operating officer.
Schreiner will now lead operations, supply chain, and workplace operations for the company's Vacuum Solutions and Photonics Solutions divisions, MKS said.
David Henry, executive vice president for operations and corporate marketing, will succeed Schreiner as general manager of the Material Solutions division, as well as take on the role of executive vice president for global strategic marketing, the company said.
