Ava Risk Group Wins AU$900,000 Contract in India; Shares Up 3%

Ava Risk Group (ASX:AVA) won a AU$900,000 contract with Gail (India) to deploy its fiber-sensing technology to a critical gas pipeline, according to a Tuesday filing with the Australian bourse.

Under the contract, Ava Risk will deploy its Aura Ai-X's distributed acoustic sensing technology along the Kochi-Koottanad-Bangalore-Mangalore pipeline to identify threats such as heavy equipment movement and jackhammer operation, the filing stated.

Delivery is set for the current quarter.

Ava Risk's shares were up 3% in recent Tuesday trade.
