Effective July 1, 2025, the restructuring includes new leadership roles and business units, aiming to deliver safe, reliable, affordable, clean, and equitable energy. Key appointments include Lauren Snyder as senior vice president, chief customer and growth officer; Tonya Berry as executive vice president & chief operating officer; Kelly Hall as senior vice president regulatory & legal affairs and deputy general counsel; and Rejji Hayes as executive vice president and chief financial officer, who will also take on responsibility for NorthStar Clean Energy.
