Integral Ad Science Swings to Q1 Profit, Revenue Rises

Integral Ad Science (IAS) reported Q1 earnings late Monday of $0.05 per diluted share, compared with the loss of $0.01 a year earlier.

Analysts polled by FactSet expected earnings of $0.03.

Revenue in the three months ended March 31 rose to $134.1 million from $114.5 million a year earlier.

Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $129.4 million.

The company expects Q2 revenue of $142 million to $144 million. Analysts expect $143.3 million.

The company increased 2025 revenue guidance to the range of $590 million to $600 million from $588 million to $600 million. Analysts expect $591.5 million.

Shares of the company rose 1.6% in after-hours trading.
