RIYADH, May 13 (Reuters) - Saudi oil giant Aramco will sign on Tuesday memoranda of understanding with U.S. liquefied natural gas producer NextDecade NEXT.O and utility firm Sempra SRE.N, Aramco's CEO Amin Nasser told the U.S.-Saudi Investment Forum.
