Sunac China (HKG:1918) said a hearing at the Hong Kong High Court regarding convening a scheme meeting related to the company's offshore debt restructuring is scheduled for Sept. 15, a Tuesday Hong Kong bourse filing said.
The firm had reached an agreement with major creditors in April to convert all of its offshore bonds into equity as it faces liquidity challenges.
The property developer will make further announcements as and when needed.
