DexCom has named its chief operating officer, Jacob Leach, to the additional post of president.
The San Diego medical-device company on Tuesday said Kevin Sayer, who previously held the president post, continues to serve as chairman and chief executive.
Leach joined DexCom in 2004 and has been chief operating officer since August 2022.
DexCom said Leach will now receive an annual base salary of $800,000 and an annual bonus with a target of 100% of his base pay.
