Perion Network Ltd. has released its financial results for the first quarter of 2025, reporting several significant changes compared to the same period in 2024. The company's revenue was $162.5 million, compared to $157.8 million in the first quarter of 2024. However, the GAAP net income saw a sharp decline, turning into a loss of $8.3 million in Q1 2025 from a net income of $11.8 million in Q1 2024. This loss includes $1.3 million in restructuring costs related to the Perion One unification strategy. In terms of non-GAAP measures, net income fell to $5.4 million, or 6% of revenue, compared to $22.6 million, or 14% of revenue, in the first quarter of the previous year. Adjusted EBITDA was reported at $1.8 million, representing 2% of revenue. Perion has updated its full-year 2025 outlook, increasing its revenue guidance to a range of $430 to $450 million and projecting an adjusted EBITDA of $44 to $46 million. The company reported strong growth in its key areas, with Retail Media revenue increasing by 33% year-over-year to $19.8 million, CTV revenue rising by 31% to $10.7 million, and DOOH revenue surging by 80% to $17.4 million. These segments now represent a more substantial portion of the company's total revenue compared to the previous year.
