Antalpha Shares Rise in Nasdaq Debut

Antalpha Platform (ANTA) shares were up sharply in their trading debut on Nasdaq Wednesday after the company priced its initial public offering of 3.85 million shares at $12.80 each.

The stock was up about 67% at $21.38 in recent trading after opening at $15.01.

The offering is expected to close on Thursday, the crypto fintech company said. Roth Capital Partners and Compass Point are book-runners for the offering.
