Lode Resources (ASX:LDR) plans to conduct the first drilling program at its Magwood antimony project in New South Wales, according to a Tuesday Australian bourse filing.
Multiple antimony-bearing lodes have been identified at the project through exploration mapping and literature reviews.
The drill program plans to complete 15 diamond drill holes testing semi-parallel antimony-bearing lode structures, in addition to the one historical mined lode. Drilling is designed to test targets ranging from shallow positions in depth to a likely downhole depth of 450 meters.
Its shares rose 4% in recent trading on Tuesday.
