Posco Future M (KRX:003670) plans to sell 11.48 million common shares at 95,800 won each, bringing the total value to 1.1 trillion won, according to a Tuesday regulatory filing with Korea Exchange.
The new shares will be allocated to the battery material and chemical company's existing shareholders.
Shares of Posco Future M fell more than 6% in recent trade.
