The hearing of a winding-up petition against LVGEM (China) Real Estate Investment (HKG:0095) has been adjourned to July 9 by the Hong Kong High Court, a Wednesday Hong Kong bourse filing said.
Keystone Holdings Worldwide had filed the petition in February over certain financial obligations worth a principal amount of $210,000 plus accrued interest guaranteed by the property developer.
