International Flavors & Fragrances (IFF) said Friday it has received $849.2 million worth of early tender offers for its $1 billion worth of 1.230% senior notes due 2025.
The company also said it received early tender offers worth about $541.0 million for its $1.2 billion worth of 1.832% senior notes due 2027; $524.1 million for its $1.5 billion worth of 2.300% senior notes due 2030; and $115.0 million for its $400 million worth of 4.450% senior notes due 2028.
In a separate pool of debt buybacks, the company said it received early tender offers worth $649.1 million for its $1.5 billion worth of 3.468% senior notes due 2050; $417.6 million for its $750 million worth of 3.268% senior notes due 2040; $103.8 million for its $500 million worth of 4.375% senior notes due 2047; and $294.8 million for its 5.000% senior notes due 2048.
