** Mizuho raises PT to $90 from $80, an upside of 27.3% to the stock's last close

** Reiterates rating of 'outperform'

** Says 90-day pause of tariffs on China provides significant tailwind to co

** Brokerage says that despite earlier uncertainty on co's long-term outlook, recent tariff cuts helped investor worries subside

** Co on April 30 reported Q1 profit that beat analysts' estimates

** Seven of 21 brokerages rate the stock "buy" or higher, twelve "hold" and two "sell" or lower; their median PT is $83 - data compiled by LSEG

** Including session's moves, shares down 11% YTD
