Waldencast (WALD) reported Q1 net loss late Tuesday of $20.7 million, widening from a $3.9 million loss a year earlier.
Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected a loss of $7.1 million.
Revenue for the quarter ended March 31 was $65.4 million, down from $68.3 million a year earlier.
Analysts polled by FactSet expected $68.1 million.
The company said it expects to deliver on its full-year guidance of mid-teens net revenue growth, considering "no further material changes to current tariffs."
Shares were down 7.6% in after-hours trading.
