The Clorox Company has announced the election of Gina Boswell to its board of directors, effective May 19, 2025. Boswell, currently the CEO of Bath & Body Works, Inc., brings extensive experience in the consumer goods sector, having held senior roles at Unilever, Avon, Ford, and Estée Lauder. Her appointment increases the number of Clorox board members to 12.
