Essex Property Trust Declares Quarterly Distributions

SAN MATEO, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--May 15, 2025-- 

Essex Property Trust, Inc. $(ESS)$ announced today that its Board of Directors has declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $2.57 per common share, payable July 15, 2025 to shareholders of record as of June 30, 2025.
