The company reported on Wednesday the result of the third and fifth ordinary conversion period of convertible notes issued in April 2024 and February 2023, respectively.

Prisa chairman Joseph Oughoulian, who also holds a 7.24% stake in Indra through Amber Capital, said on Wednesday in a press conference that he supports the defence company's integration with Escribano M&E, as well as Indra's bid to acquire Iveco Defence, Cinco Dias reported on Thursday.
