May 13 - (The Insurer) - Selective Insurance Group has announced the upcoming retirement of Brenda Hall, executive vice president and chief operating officer of standard lines.
Hall's retirement will take effect on January 5, 2026. The company stated that it will undertake a process to identify a successor.
Hall joined Selective in 2001 as the underwriting manager for Virginia, and had held various roles throughout her 24-year tenure. She began her current position in 2021.
“She played a critical role in successfully integrating predictive modelling into our underwriting operations and developing, implementing and overseeing our growth strategy. Her contributions extend across the organisation, including advancing our field model and culture of relationships, analytics and service excellence,” said John Marchioni, chairman, president and chief executive officer.
