Man Wah (HKG:1999) recorded a 10% decline in attributable profit for the year ended March 31 to HK$2.06 billion from HK$2.30 billion in the year-ago period, a Thursday filing with the Hong Kong bourse said.
Earnings per share were HK$0.5319 in the year, down from HK$0.5908 in the previous corresponding period.
The furniture manufacturer and seller's revenue fell by 8.2% to HK$16.9 billion in the year from HK$18.4 billion a year prior.
The firm has proposed a final dividend of HK$0.12 per share for the year, payable to shareholders of record on July 10.
