Horizon Technology Finance (HRZN) said late Thursday Robert Pomeroy, Jr. will retire as chief executive officer of the firm and Gerald Michaud will retire as president, both effective June 5, as part of its succession planning.
Horizon said it has appointed its independent director Michael Balkin as CEO. It added that Pomeroy will remain chairman and Michaud will stay with the firm through the end of the year.
