Eden Innovations (ASX:EDE) said that the buyer of its industrial property in Augusta, Georgia, exercised an option to extend the inspection period under an existing $5 million sale agreement, according to a Wednesday filing with the Australian bourse.

The purchaser, JB2 Partners, extended the due diligence period to June 13 from May 14, the filing said.

JB2 Partners will pay a $50,000 extension fee to Chicago Title Insurance Company, which will be applied toward the interest reserve, the filing added.
