Star Minerals Obtains Government Approval for June Drilling Program at Western Australia Gold Project; Shares Rise 4%

Star Minerals (ASX:SMS) obtained government approval to start its drilling program at the Tumblegum South gold project in Western Australia, according to a Wednesday filing with the Australian bourse.

Slated for June, the program aims to test additional high-grade lodes which were identified following a structural architecture review of the Tumblegum resource, per the filing.

Star Minerals' shares were up 4% in recent Wednesday trade.
