Akamai Technologies (AKAM) said late Tuesday that it plans to offer $1.35 billion of convertible senior notes due 2033.
The firm said it will also grant the initial purchasers of the notes an option to buy up to an additional $202.5 million of notes.
The company said the proceeds will be used among others for debt repayment and share buyback.
