Crown Holdings (CCK) said Monday that it plans to offer $500 million aggregate principal amount of senior unsecured notes due 2033, to be issued by its Crown Americas unit.
The company said the offering remains subject to market conditions and proceeds will be used to repay its 4.75% senior notes due 2026, along with existing cash and borrowings under its secured revolving credit facility.
