Zhongyuan New Materials' Subsidiary Changes Name

Anhui Zhongyuan New Materials' (SHA:603527) wholly-owned subsidiary, Wuhu Yongjie Renewable Resources, changed its name to Wuhu Baxing Metals, according to a Shanghai Stock Exchange filing on May 9.

The metal material-producing subsidiary also amended the scope of its business to remove functions like recycling of renewable resources.

The Chinese copper foil producer obtained a new business license for the changes, the filing said.

The company's shares rose 2% in recent trade.
