Sturm Ruger & Company Inc. announced amendments to its by-laws effective May 5, 2025. The changes allow shareholders to take actions typically reserved for annual or special meetings without holding a meeting, prior notice, or a vote, provided written consent is obtained from holders of a sufficient number of outstanding shares. Previously, unanimous written consent was required from all voting shareholders for such actions.
