TaskUs Q1 Adjusted Earnings, Revenue Rise; 2025 Guidance Withdrawn Amid Blackstone Deal

TaskUs (TASK) reported Q1 adjusted earnings Friday of $0.38 per share, up from $0.30 a year earlier.

Analysts polled by FactSet expected $0.32.

Service revenue for the quarter ended March 31 was $277.8 million, up from $227.5 million a year earlier.

Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $271.1 million.

TaskUs said it is withdrawing its full-year 2025 guidance amid an agreement to be acquired by an affiliate of Blackstone (BX), company co-founder and Chief Executive Bryce Maddock, and company co-founder and President Jaspar Weir.
